Little Ouse Headwaters Project (LOHP) is dedicated to improve and maintain the land and fens in the Little Ouse river area of Norfolk and Suffolk UK for the benefit of wildlife, people, and the climate. 

   

Why we need your help

We are achieving the benefits to wildlife, people, and the climate by the maintenance and enhancement of the Little Ouse area wetland, woodland and heathland, and by the re-creation of some of the valley's fens and meadows to reunite the isolated fen fragments.

We have made substantial improvements to public access to the valley by the creation of new permissive footpaths and we aim to include cycle and bridleways. Our lands are freely open to people with circular walks including the bridges and boardwalks we have built.

Your support will help us with maintenance, enhancement, and purchase additional land requiring improvement, for the benefit of all.
